Incident Procedures

Missing Evidence Stream

1. Detect stale obligation updates.
2. Identify broken evidence producer.
3. Mark affected obligations as reduced confidence.
4. Backfill missing events after producer recovery.

Threshold Storm

1. Confirm no schema or routing regression.
2. Apply temporary dedupe window.
3. Coordinate with contract owners for triage batching.
4. Re-enable full event granularity after stabilization.
